Here's looking at you kid

Enough talk about Peyton Manning. How about the other Manning still in the hunt for a Super Bowl. On the same day older brother Peyton and his Colts got dethroned as Super Bowl champs, younger brother Eli Manning rose to the occasion and led his Giants on into the NFC title game against Packers.

Yes Brett Favre and the Packers and will be tough to beat in Wisconsin, but my G-Men are gaining momentum at the right time. And Eli? Well he has the Manning blood running through his veins, so I expect him to rise again to the ocassion.

Here's looking at you kid

It's funny that 4 weeks ago Eli was a bust, and Coughlin was on the hotseat. Shockley is out and Burress is a non-factor, and the team is playing like a team...

Sometimes it does take a while for teams to take shape. Same thing can be said about the Chargers beating the Colts. LT and Rivers both went out, and Gates playing with an injury. The team started the season rough, but they're clicking now.
